My Background: From Classroom to Your Business
Before supporting entrepreneurs, I spent 16 years in primary education, with most of my time working with Year 6 students during a crucial transition period. From organising residential trips both in the UK and abroad to directing West-End worthy (well in my opinion…) leaver’s productions at a local theatre, I gave every task 100%. As Director of Teaching and Learning, I developed the exact skills that now make me invaluable to busy business owners.
My role required me to be a master of multiple priorities: mentoring new staff, implementing curriculum changes, analysing assessment data to drive decisions, and maintaining the highest teaching standards across the entire school. I regularly presented complex information to parents and stakeholders, managed large-scale projects, and led by example in high-pressure environments.
Education taught me that success isn't just about working hard—it's about working smart, staying organised, and having systems that actually function when things get busy. These same principles of structure, clear communication, and strategic thinking are exactly what I bring to your business operations.
